FINALLY ! some exercise.

So, me keith and YJ decided to have routine exercise 3 days a week.
Today is the first day. so.....................

First met up at interchange at about 10am, then walk all the way to the canal before starts jogging....gotta hate to say this but jog until 800m tired liao ): LOL. too long nv exercise..
nvm nvm... take it slow... alot of time.


After our so called warm up, went to gym weight training for 30min. 

Then after that, went down to my house.. and have a swim, diving, swimming and etc O:

Seriously....keith is such a pussy to the water. :X

well then have some meal at pizza hut before going keith house go install things then went back.
SO DAMN TIRED ):
6pm fell asleep then 8pm wake up forcing myself getting out of bed. so tired and even now feel the ache. FEEL GREAT! chest ache, shoulder ache, my thigh ache. woop.


oh and this thur getting my new lappy WOOT. :D
