Went gym today with Ying Jie and Clarence.

Well surprisingly, after "Chionging" my benchpress and back..... 12 hr from then i havent felt any ache! GOOD! this means muscle steady liao :D

So ugh.... i still forgot what i want to say, ah nvm...

Oh and recently been addicted to one thing..... dont worry is not drug or smoking or drinking or gambling or wad... smthing else, but i felt inappropriate to put it down here, since might be girls reading my blog. LOL :D .... but so far only 1 of my buddy knows it.

well.... lets move on... these few days kinda run tight on my wallet, ): thrift ar.

ah feel so much better now after today's gym.

well exercising is sure healthy... well met up with terence, nicholas, yingjie, keith and kiat hwee there. was doing bench pressing until really cmi ):

Just concentrating my back muscles though and after gym went to eat lunch at serangoon central before we headed to my house for a swim.

Good weather, sunny and less cloud and also cold water + no people :D

Well 4hr after swim i felt so so so so damn sleepy... fell asleep and soon feel the burn on my body. back aching, hand wobbly and SUN BURN!!!!! omfg.

my mother saw my face and she thought i had a drink. LOL

Well.... then she helped me do facial treatment with the mask SK2 or wad.. LOL :D

Yup thats all basically...oh and ya.. i hate laptop bloody lagging like some ************** ** * ** **** * ** ****** ***** ******* ** ** ******* :D

Well i went out this entire week....

Bowling.....Slacking......Arcading..... Gymming....Swimming....Walking Marathon (8++km)....Reading at NLB.... LANning....Movie-ing....Eating....Volleyballing....Tanning....

Well, i really lazy to type out all those things that happened...

Damn.

So went out with the same people again... so i decided to stay at home and kill the fun.

Cause i believe FUN=MONEY !

Gotta hate my personality... i revolve around money ):
Haiz.. i mean who doesnt love money rite..

So as usual next week Monday, Wednesday, Friday go to gym and carry on the routine until school opens then i will be joining their rugby club. Then training also 3 days a week.

So much things on my mind right now... so many mixed emotions...

Friday went to watch Mall Cop at Bishan GV.
Well the movie itself is funny, i hear everyone laughing but not myself... been thinking and thinking and thinking....

Anger...Shame...Embarrasment...Anger...

WOoooOo..

Today went to Sentosa with Daren, Isaac Choo, Leonard Lew, Alvin Lee, Yi Zan, Terence, Clarence and Jian Fa. Sentosa was very packed, i mean like in Siloso beacj thr, every corner got ALOT ALOT OF PEOPLE, and some more the weather is so fucking nice.

Well played volleyball there, O: , then go on to versus some other people as if we are damn pro, but just for the fun of it. Well surprisingly we didnt got thrashed, i think the score like 16 - 21 , lost 5 points (:

Is been awhile since i went to Sentosa though.... and today again seriosuly my first time taking the "LRT" to Sentosa :D

Oh, later on we went to Vivo City and have dinner at BK.
Before that we bought ticket, and the movie titled "coming soon"

THE MOVIE IS A OMFGWTFROFLOLBBQ

I would really recommend the movie and personally i rate it 8/10 for horror, 7.5/10 for storyline
Well JF got chickened out and i like the girl in the movie named "Som"
She kinda cute but i hope is not some shemale.

well, everyone keep making fun of each other, and some didnt even dare to go toilet. LOL! dunno who ar.....

Reached home at 9.45pm take a bathe and here i am blogging.

Went to Sim Lim Square at 3 with Alvin and Keith

Well....Actually we planned to take bus.. but then thanks to someone name KMKJ... LOL.
Rite, so end up takin taxi all the way there..so kinda careful going to SLS since the newspaper said that SLS alot of fraud and fake items... sad sad...but, i didnt buy any electronics... only skins for my laptop.

Well, waited 45 minutes and walked around SLS. Alvin planned to go do the skin too for his laptop but then he wanted the 90 dollar skin.
Then after i did mine... went back to J8 .. but then Alvin thought was too ex then dun buy le. O:

Today went to ZG house, but on the way...stupid things happens..

Well it all starts with LRT.
Seriously, i never taken LRT until today. cause i dont visit those LRT's areas.....
then my this guy name ZG stay in compassvale....

So...after get down from sengkang.. i went on top LRT..
well initially i thought kinda ugh...simple..
So then, the LRT came and i straightaway board. yup. go and go and go....the next thing i know im in FARMWAY. FOR CHRIST SAKE.

Coz i didnt see the board...then walk walk walk, i realised how come the place so ulu ulu one...

then ZG call me. ask me where the fuck am i, i told him i in farmway then....WTF again...the other platform is in service. so i have to go one whole big round to go back CP then from CP go to CV again. SMLJ MAN....

alrite...so went there to collect some gun models which i purchased a week ago.

FINALLY ! some exercise.

So, me keith and YJ decided to have routine exercise 3 days a week.
Today is the first day. so.....................

First met up at interchange at about 10am, then walk all the way to the canal before starts jogging....gotta hate to say this but jog until 800m tired liao ): LOL. too long nv exercise..
nvm nvm... take it slow... alot of time.

After our so called warm up, went to gym weight training for 30min.

Then after that, went down to my house.. and have a swim, diving, swimming and etc O:

Seriously....keith is such a pussy to the water. :X

well then have some meal at pizza hut before going keith house go install things then went back.
SO DAMN TIRED ):
6pm fell asleep then 8pm wake up forcing myself getting out of bed. so tired and even now feel the ache. FEEL GREAT! chest ache, shoulder ache, my thigh ache. woop.

oh and this thur getting my new lappy WOOT. :D

today went out with keith, YJ and Dion.

First went to eat Ajisen Ramen at J8 ....
Nothing much special though.... except today on our short outing met 2 teacher.
Mrs teo when at Ajisen, and Mr Haw (the math teacher) at thompson CC.

Well after eat then go to Downtime play Lan until 9.30+ O:
